SomnoMed™
SomnoMed sleep appliances are widely used and highly regarded today. These appliances are constructed from durable plastic material that is both long-lasting and odor-resistant. By gently repositioning the jaw forward, they effectively maintain an open airway. Moreover, they are incredibly comfortable, allowing patients to speak and drink without any inconvenience. The Narval™
The Narval operates similarly to SomnoMed appliances by gently moving the jaw forward to apply pressure on the soft tissues and muscles, ensuring the throat and airway remain open during sleep. However, Narval appliances are made from a flexible material to maximize comfort. Unlike hard plastic appliances, the lightweight and malleable Narval allows patients to eat, drink, and speak comfortably, and also enables them to fully close their mouth while sleeping.
MicrO2 ProSomnus™
The MicrO2 ProSomnus oral appliances are unique as they consist of two separate pieces. The lower teeth appliance is equipped with "wings" that securely attach to the upper appliance, making it exceptionally durable and less prone to breakage. Made from thin and transparent plastic, these appliances offer a comfortable fit in the mouth. Additionally, they are smaller in size compared to other alternatives, allowing patients to have greater freedom of movement while wearing them.
